It really is just that simple.
09/04/2013 --I had an ARC provided to me. However, I can't read it. There is something wonky with the formatting so every time there is an "fi" or an "fl" at the beginning of a sentence, it is cut off. Very annoying. I've tried to play with it by deleting and resending, but doesn't fix the issue. I give up.* ARC provided by the author and publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. *
